Greetings All,

Autumn's first cold front is predicted to push it's way through Alabama this (new moon) weekend, providing perfect conditions for a star party. Low humidity, and mild temperatures should make it a very pleasant evening under the stars. If you can be there before dark, I'll be taking pictures of you (and your telescope) to be published on our web site. Jupiter and later Saturn will be up, as well as comet Hale-Bopp and all of your favorite summer and fall galaxies, star clusters and nebulae.

Place: Holley's Field
Date: Saturday September 14th
Time: Sunset (7:00 PM) 'til ??

If you need directions, check out the maps on our web site.
